Join us for our Annual Wanderoos Independence Day Celebration

Saturday, July 5, 2025  

It is one of the biggest Independence Day Celebrations in the area!  

• 7:00am Onsite Registration/Packet Pickup for the 9th Annual "All Roads Lead To Wanderoos 5k Run/Walk” (click here to go to registration page). This timed 5k Run/Walk is sponsored by the Wanderoos Area Community Club, Peer’s Bar, and UW Wanderoos.

• 8:00am 5k Begins

• 10:00am The “Old Mil Salute” to those who have passed away the previous year and have ties to the ballpark.

• 10:45am Kiddie parade

• 11:00am Wanderoos Celebration Parade

• Afternoon: Chicken dinners will be available with beans, potato salad, dinner rolls, milk and coffee. Pork sandwiches, brats and hotdogs will also be available.
  There’s fun all afternoon for all ages with a bean bag tournament, games for the kids, a car show.

• Food and refreshments are sold on the grounds the entire day

• 8:00pm Street Dance with music by the infamous DJ Matt Kotefka. The street dance will last until midnight with a few breaks, including a break during the fireworks.

• Dusk The Best Fireworks Show in Town.
